"So the video is okay as far as it goes. I haven't seen any mention of how to handle the center support piece on a midroof Transit but think we figured it out. The one page paper version has pictures that are unintelligible; they could have been taken by someone's elderly uncle. We ended up putting the brackets in upside down. Obviously there's a significant element of user error but for such an awkward placement I think better/clearer pictures or line drawings would have helped a lot. End of the day, the shelf itself will be great once we get it in."
