We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders typically ship within 1–2 weeks.

Because our products are big, we do not offer expedited shipping — so please plan your build timeline accordingly. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email — check there first for the most up-to-date delivery status.

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or you never received a tracking number, email support@whitetopadventures.com with your order number and we'll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Search on our website for the product page of the item you ordered, scroll down, and you'll find the installation PDF and video guide right there. If you've watched the video, and also checked the Installation PDF and still have questions, don't worry - our engineering team is here to help, email us so we can route this to our engineering team and assist.

We do not offer installation services — if you need professional help, please use a trusted upfitter from our Builder & Upfitter Locator near you.
