Refund Policy

At White Top Adventures, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Products must be returned in their original packaging; if new packaging is required, additional fees may be charged to cover materials and labor.

Large items that ship by freight—such as roof racks, bed systems, and awnings—will also incur an additional return shipping fee, typically between $200–$300, depending on location and carrier costs. All applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

Before sending your item back, please email us at support@whitetopadventures.com with the following details:

  • Name on the order

  • Order number

  • Photos and a short description of the issue or reason for return

Once we receive your email, our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return shipping instructions.

Shipping Your Return

All returned items must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original delivery date. Items received after that time may be subject to additional fees based on their condition.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days after we receive your return, but may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your account depending on your payment provider. If you haven’t seen your refund after two weeks, please contact us with your order number at support@whitetopadventures.com.
