"Got this curtain, and the curtain rod. Both seem good quality. I like the straps that are included with the curtains to bunch them up on the sides. Do wish the metal pieces to magnet to where black though, but that's just my personal preference. Overall very happy with these. Way easier than putting up 3 window covers at night."
"I have yet to try it. I'm in the process of mounting the curtain as I don't have the headliner. I think it's gonna work and I'm looking forward to it. I certainly appreciated your customer service and interaction with Kyle, very helpful in my making my decision to purchase and giving it a try!!!"
"Easy to install and they work great"
"We're still in the process of putting our camper van all together. Lots to do before it's all ready, the privacy curtains are perfect ! Even tho we have a Ford Transit van, medium height they are just what I wanted for the space. ! They also look like they would keep the cold out or the heat in."
"have had them for about 6 months now. They fit nicely , allow complete privacy. perfect for changing into my work clothes in the morning at the jobsite, and back out at the end of the day. Does a great job keeping out the sunlight when I want to take a nap or lounge on my lunch breaks. Magnet works well , also has a cutout down by the seat base for a heater vent. really glad I bought this."
"Purchased this with low expectations. After installing this I was blown away on how well it created a barrier to keep the cold from entering the van."
"Great products and great customer service. Steve is a good honest guy."
"Wow, a really great upgrade—way better than a standard curtain. Insulated, blackout dark, and folds up and out of the way. Well built, magnet closer works great, fits perfectly."
"EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! FITMENT WAS PERFECT"
"Very well made, pleated so it folds away nicely. Should help with summer and winter temperature control. Looks great!"
What's the difference between the Insulated Privacy Curtain and the 180 Total Blackout Curtain System?
The Insulated Privacy Curtain provides thermal insulation plus privacy — it helps regulate cab temperature in addition to blocking light. The 180 Total Blackout Curtain System is designed specifically for complete light blockout between the cab and cargo area. Both use a curtain rod for installation. If temperature regulation is your primary concern, go with the Insulated Privacy Curtain. If you want maximum blackout for sleeping while parked, the Total Blackout system is the better fit.
Are the curtain rods sold separately? Can I buy just the rod?
Yes — curtain rods are available separately. Contact us at info@whitetopadventures.com with your specific product (Insulated Privacy Curtain or Total Blackout System) and we'll point you to the correct listing.
Do you make an Insulated Privacy Curtain for the Ford Transit?
Currently the Insulated Privacy Curtain is only available for the Sprinter. We have received requests for a Transit version. Sign up for new product notifications at whitetopadventures.com to be alerted if a Transit version launches.
The curtain rod installation instructions are unclear — what do I do?
We've received feedback that the rod installation photos in the printed instructions are not as clear as they could be, and we're working to update them. Contact us at info@whitetopadventures.com and we'll walk you through it step by step. Our team can also send you a clearer diagram on request.
