Meet the next evolution of our best-selling honeycomb bed system 1.0, now redesigned from the ground up for maximum flexibility, strength, and ease of use inside your Sprinter.

Our new 2.0 Sprinter Van Platform Bed System's surface is split into 4 all-aluminum pieces, so each one weighs just 16–24 lbs. You can lift, remove, or reconfigure it solo. The whole system comes in at 152.6 lbs total — up to 60% lighter than a traditional steel bed frame — without losing rigidity: zero flex, zero rattle, even on rough roads.

This platform bed system can be mounted with adjustable L-Track brackets (sold separately) to raise or lower the bed, opening up extra garage space underneath. Each panel holds a 200 lb static load.

Whether you're hauling bikes, dirt bikes, gear, or just want a bed that's always ready, this bed is built to move with your lifestyle.

"We transformed our 2012 Sprinter Passenger Van into a “weekender” van by purchasing the four-panel bed. This significant upgrade was driven by its affordability and compatibility, especially considering we have aftermarket in our rear windows. Steve at WAV was incredibly helpful in ensuring the bed would fit perfectly. Installation was strait forward, taking about 3 hours. Having access to a rivet gun was huge. We carefully mounted the L-Track brackets, ensuring the bed rails and panels were placed and aligned correctly. Overall, this bed platform is great, and it complements the Hest Dually Custom 75 perfectly for added comfort."

Happy racer

"I love my adjustable height loft bed system. Installed it on a the wendsday before thanksgiving and used it the very next night on the 16 hour drive to barber motorsports park in Alabama. I installed to to sit just above my race bike so I could pull over on long drives and take a power nap then use it on overnight stays at the race track. So much more convenient then having to move things around or unload just to sleep. Highly recommend. Easy to install and it looks as amazing as it works."

Not easy use

"I thought it was going to be easy to actually move up and down that’s why I spent almost 2000$ You have to physically unbolt it everytime with 8 bolts to move it up and down I thought there would be some kind of quick release , then looking into it they charge a 15 percent restocking fee then it takes 200-300 to return it so I’m going to Be out 500$ if I return it They make it seem like it’s effortless to move up and down and it’s not."

What are the exact dimensions of the 4-panel bed? Will it fit my Sprinter?

The 4-panel bed system overall dimensions are 64" x 75.4". Each individual panel is 64" x 15.6". It is designed for the high roof Sprinter and fits both 144" and 170" wheelbases. For custom mattress orders: Steve recommends ordering from RoamRest using the bed dimensions. Corner gaps between panels and exact rivet hole specs are below on this page and in the install PDF.

How do the L-Track brackets work? Do I need them? Will they work in my passenger van?

The L-Track Adjustable Bed Brackets mount to the existing L-Track already in your van's walls, letting you set the bed at any height. They are sold separately from the bed panels. If your van has no L-Track, you can mount the bed frame directly to the van body — instructions for both methods are in the PDF on the product page. The brackets work in all Sprinter configurations including passenger vans with windows. For Transit vans we have a separate bed system, click here to access.

How long does shipping take? Can I pick up locally?

What tools do I need? What size rivets? Is there an install video?

Required tools: 5mm and 6mm hex wrenches, 10mm and 13mm open-end or socket wrenches, and a rivet gun for L-Track installation. Current rivet spec: 1/4" rivnuts (recently updated from 1/8" — the install video may still show the old size, but 1/4" is correct and stronger). Full install PDF and video are right below on this product page. The bed does not require a rack to install.

What's the difference between the 3-panel and 4-panel? Which one should I order?

The 4-panel is the current product — the 3-panel has been phased out. Both use the same wall rails. The 4-panel is lighter and allows you to remove individual panels more easily.

How much weight can the 4-panel bed system hold?

What mattress do you recommend for the 4-panel bed system?

We recommend RoamRest for a mattress that fits the bed dimensions. Contact us at info@whitetopadventures.com and we'll send you the exact dimensions to use when ordering. A standard cut-to-size foam mattress at 64" x 75" works well. Note: the thin foam strips on top of the platform can pull off when sliding a mattress — position your mattress carefully when removing it.
