Good design and various positions

"This table setup was the best I could find on the web, without a custom setup. The arms allow for various movements and positions around the front of the seats and by my bench behind the drivers seat. Suggestions to the designer: I don't need the cup holders, the Sprinter already has 4, but I'm searching for a cup holder- phone holder for the table. The table could be about 4" shorter in length and it's pretty long now for the area. I'd like to see if the table bracket could be designed with a slider to the mounting arm, now it is fixed, but the under-table bracket could be re-designed so you move the table up/back along the mount. . ."

Poor service

"Trying to get them to call me back. They shipped the wrong roof rack parts to me for my sprinter 170 order. They don’t match up. I’ve sent emails, photos, calls and no one has responded… I get it, mistakes happen but this is just poor communication and customer service! All I have left is to do is report it to my cc company and dispute the charge. Sucks to have to deal with this kind of service. I just want the correct section :man-facepalming:"

Need better install directions/videos

"The installation directions are not helpful at all. There is no direction on where to install the plate to the table top. The picture barely explains what we’re looking at, plus the aluminum plate doesn’t fit as you claim. The YouTube video also doesn’t provide any directions on installing the plate to that tabletop. The product will be cool to have but the setup and directions need to be better."

Amazing product and first class customer service

"I purchased the Black Swivel Table mount system and the extra table seat adapter back in Dec 2024. We have loved this addition to our 2016 Mercedes Sprinter and I would def recommend the product to anyone. Built extremely solid and makes our table super versatile. It was pretty straight forward to install, especially with the videos they had posted on their website. Also, I want to give a shout out to Steve with WTA. I recently contacted them about trying to find a solution for another mounting plate for our table. I had tried one off Amazon and the Lagun brand mount but both didn't work. Steve went above and beyond to try to help me find a solution and I am so grateful for the amazing customer experience and care. I would def be back to get more gear from WTA and I will be recommending them to others. Thanks again!"
