Will this side ladder fit my year Sprinter? Which ladder do I need?
The Sprinter High Roof Side Ladder fits all high roof Sprinter vans from 2019 through 2026. For 2007–2018 high roof Sprinters, we make a compatible version as well — confirm your year before ordering. The ladder mounts to the factory roof rail C-channel on the passenger side and does not require a roof rack to be installed first. Not compatible with low roof / standard roof Sprinters.
How long does shipping take? Can I pick up locally?
In-stock orders ship same day or next business day via UPS/FedEx and arrive in 3–7 business days. For local pickup: 14831 Franklin Ave, Tustin, CA 92780. Hours: Mon–Thu 9AM–4PM, Fri 9AM–3PM. Is there a side ladder for the low roof or standard roof Sprinter?
The current side ladder is designed for the high roof Sprinter only. We do not currently offer a side ladder specifically for the low roof / standard roof Sprinter. Multiple customers have requested it — if this is something you need, email info@whitetopadventures.com and your request will be logged. Sign up for new product notifications at whitetopadventures.com to be alerted if a low roof version launches.
I see two different ladder versions — one with a top step and one without. Which is current?
The version without the top step is the older model — you may see it on OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, or in older product photos. Our current design includes an integrated top step for better roof access. Always order directly from whitetopadventures.com to get the current version.
Do you make a side ladder for the Ford Transit?
Yes — the Transit High Roof Side Ladder is a separate product from the Sprinter version. Find it at whitetopadventures.com/collections/transit. If it's currently out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page. Restock timing follows production runs — typically 4–6 weeks between batches.
Is there an installation video or instructions? I received extra bolts — is that normal?
Installation instructions and a PDF are on the product page below: whitetopadventures.com/collections/sprinter/products/sprinter-side-ladder. The kit includes extra hardware (bolts, crush washers) — this is intentional, extra hardware is included as spares. If you're missing specific pieces or can't find where something goes, email us at info@whitetopadventures.com and we'll walk you through it.
