Yes — the Sprinter Headliner Shelf (2019+) fits all Mercedes-Benz Sprinter high roof vans from 2019 through 2026. For 2007–2018 Sprinters, we make a separate version click here to access. If you have a cargo Sprinter, passenger Sprinter, or Sprinter with a PleasureWay / Airstream / Winnebago conversion, the shelf is compatible. The only exception is vans with heavy aftermarket interior walls that block the front lip mounting point — in that case, contact us before ordering.

The shelf and the 180 Total Blackout Curtain System are sold separately. The curtain system (curtain + rod) is a separate add-on listing on the site. Note: the blackout curtain is factory-installed on the shelf at the time of manufacturing — it cannot be added post-purchase to an existing shelf. If you want the curtain, order the version of the shelf that includes it. The curtain rod holes are pre-drilled into the shelf.

So sorry — this almost always happens during shipping and we're working very hard to improve this. Send us photos of the damage and your order number to info@whitetopadventures.com and we'll make it right. We can: replace the shelf, send just the damaged panel or bracket, or issue a partial refund. Do not start the installation on a damaged shelf until we've resolved it — we may ask you to return it.

Yes — the Sprinter Headliner Shelf Cover is a separate product listing click here to access. It is not included with the shelf by default. If it's out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page — it typically restocks within 2–4 weeks. Yes — we make a separate Ford Transit Headliner Shelf. It is a completely different product from the Sprinter version and is not interchangeable. Find it at whitetopadventures.com/collections/transit. Make sure you select the correct Transit year and roof height. Common Transit install issue: there is a factory bracket in the way on some 2020+ models — if you hit that, contact us and we'll walk you through the workaround. The middle hole on the Transit shelf lines up with a factory hole in the van's overhead console area.

Dimensions vary by van year and model — the exact measurements are listed on each product page in the "dimensions" tab above. For Sprinter builds with tight clearances (e.g. shower wall, partition): measure from the center of the grab handle to your wall. One confirmed example: a 2021 Sprinter 144" PleasureWay Ascent has 16" from the grab handle center to the shower wall — contact us with your exact measurement and we'll confirm before you order.

The felt liner ships with 3M adhesive strips that attach only at the front lip of the shelf — not across the full ceiling. This is intentional: the velcro is designed to grip the hard underside of the shelf, not the van's headliner fabric. If you have a fabric or upholstered headliner (common on passenger vans), the velcro may not grip well. Solutions: use additional 3M VHB tape on the shelf edge, or contact us for guidance. Do not attempt to stick the felt across the full ceiling — it will not hold on a fabric headliner.

Yes — we make a separate headliner shelf specifically for 2007–2018 Sprinters (the NCV3 chassis). It is a different product from the 2019+ version. Note: if you have a converted vehicle on a pre-2019 Sprinter chassis (e.g. Roadtrek, PleasureWay), the fit depends on the conversion's interior — contact us with photos before ordering.
