Transit EL Strata roof rack

"I purchased the White Top Strata roof rack and delivery was within a week. Watched some vids. Found I had some screws that weren't for my ford transit EL specific roof rack. It was Sunday. I was bummed I couldn't finish the project, as easy as it turned out to be. I reached out to Steve from White Top via email Sunday evening. I was surprised that he answered me immediately and arrange for immediate shipping of the correct parts with extras. I received these Tuesday and finished the install. The parts are solid and machined well with no sharp edges. Powder coating looks solid. 8020 aluminum xbars are standard and machined to allow for sliding nuts to be placed whenever. 6 crossbar are included, 1 used to attach fairing to the frame. For about 1000$ I have no complaints. The feet attachment posts are a perfect fit. Can't beat the quality and sturdiness and 6 xbars for the price. Thanks to Steve for being so responsive."
