As I was assembling the shelf, it quickly became apparent that there were a few missing steps.\nWhen I logged onto the website and started a chat, I got a YT link that resolved my issue. \n\nNote: Curtain Rod installation is a YT video! Also note: Pins that hook onto curtain are intended to be spaced out every 5-inches or so, not to be inserted on every "hook pocket".\nLastly, be sure to adhere the carpet lining BEFORE you install shelf. It will save you a lot of frustration. \n\nOverall, I would highly recommend the product. The assembly instructions are lacking.
